 End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms that apply when you access or use the AI Apps.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue use of the App.

1. Permission to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are provided with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the App.

This permission is intended for personal use and does not transfer any ownership rights in the App to you.

2. AI-Generated Information

The App may use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, suggestions, or other types of content.

AI-generated results are provided for general informational and assistance purposes. Because AI technology can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results, we make no guarantee regarding the correctness, quality, or reliability of generated content.

The App is not intended to replace advice or services provided by qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advisors.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must not:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive activities.

Submit passwords, highly sensitive information, confidential business information, or other information that you should not disclose to an AI service.

Attempt to bypass restrictions, interfere with, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its AI functionality.

Use generated content in a manner that violates the rights of another person or organization.

You are responsible for reviewing and determining whether AI-generated content is appropriate before relying on, sharing, publishing, or otherwise using it.

4. Privacy and Information Handling

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, used, and protected.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require payment through an in-app purchase or subscription.

Transactions, subscription management, billing, and refund requests are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

6. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

The App, including its software, design, features, graphics, trademarks, and related materials, remains the property of the developer or its respective licensors.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, alter, distribute, sell, lease, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying technology of the App.

7. Ending or Restricting Access

Your permission to use the App may be withdrawn if you fail to comply with this Agreement or misuse the App.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, its users, services, or intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The App and its features are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App or AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your reliance on, interpretation of, or use of AI-generated content.

9. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the developer and the use of the App, subject to any mandatory legal rights that may apply to you.
